Palm Beach Hotel - Golden Sands

Many things to mention - everything was clean, different food, awesome views. The staff were great and very kind all the time. Restaurant on site was good.

Didn't like the area, it was unattractive.

I chose this hotel for a business symposium and was pleased with the featured amenities including a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel's facilities and services were well-maintained and catered to both business travelers and tourists, providing a comfortable stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. Although the hotel had internet access, the speed was not sufficient for any work-related tasks, which was a bit of a setback.

This place has a great location near the sea and a nice sunny beach, we greatly enjoyed our 4-day stay here, and the staff provided helpful assistance with parking.

The hotel has a lovely view towards the sea, golden beach, and green park, which made our stay feel like a peaceful retreat. The outdoor swimming pool with a children's section was perfect for both relaxation and fun in the sun. We loved the all-inclusive offer, especially the themed dinners with Bulgarian national cuisine, which gave us a chance to explore the local culture through food. The modern and contemporary architecture of the hotel complex created a unique and stylish atmosphere. The facilities provided, such as 24hr reception, internet access, and car parking, ensured our comfort and convenience throughout our stay. The spacious and bright interior of the rooms created a calm and neat ambiance.

Sunbeds at the pool and beach were often "reserved" with towels, even though the hotel rules stated that it was not allowed.

Room had a bathtub - perfect for relaxing! the peaceful location by the golden sandy beach was a huge bonus 🏖.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and mini-bar. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. we were impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. The staff was helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist me, especially Simona who checked me in with a big smile and provided me with information about the facilities. The breakfast had an amazing variety of options and was really delicious. parking was easily accessible and convenient.
